The annual National Adult Social Care Survey starts in February 2018. If a family member or someone you know receives a survey through the post, please encourage them to complete it and return it. This will ensure that the feedback they provide on the quality of social cares services they have experienced can be used to shape local policy and decision making to improve care and services for local people.
