In Summer 2018 the North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group will be required to re-tender for the North East Lincolnshire Carers’ Support Service (currently being delivered at 1 Town Hall Square, Grimsby). The Carers’ Support Service is the main support service for carers, providing a range of services as follows:

Befriending	Counselling	Information & Advice
Support groups	Signposting/referral	Advocacy
Holistic therapies	Social activities/ outings	Training/education
End of life support	Emotional/practical support	Specialist benefits/financial advice

As a part of this process, they are seeking your views either as carers, staff members working with carers or as members of the wider community. They want to know what you think about:

• The current carers support services being delivered at the NEL Carers’ Support Service, 1 Town Hall Square, Grimsby
• What a carers’ support service should look like, in terms of the services/support offered i.e. is the above list right?
• Any gaps in the carers support services provided for carers locally
• Any other thoughts you have on how services for carers should be set up/ delivered/ monitored
