Carers’ Consultation

The current Carers’ Strategy for North East Lincolnshire is coming to an end, so we want to reflect on the achievements of the past 3 years, but also identify improvements to services to support for Carers. To help us develop the strategy, we want to hear from Carers and anyone with an interest in the local Carers’ agenda, including those who have someone care for them, businesses, social workers, NHS staff and other professionals that support Carers.

Carers look after a relative (for example a parent, child or sibling), partner, or friend in need of help because they have an illness, disability, frailty or a substance misuse problem. The care they provide may be personal, emotional or supervisory. The new Carers’ Strategy, taking us through to 2020, will set out the forward plan for how North East Lincolnshire ensures Carers are supported in the future.

The deadline for submission is 30th September. Please either fill in the online form, or print off the appropriate version and return the completed survey to the freepost address on the final page.
