One more week to take part - 'Keeping the Door Open' GP survey

The survey will close on Friday 18th November 2016 at 12 Noon.

Primary Care services (such as going to see a GP) are usually our first port of call when we need advice about our own or our family’s health.

However, services are getting busier, and patients tell us they sometimes find it difficult getting an appointment. This is partly because more of us are living with long term health problems and need more frequent appointments and also, like most areas of the country, we don’t have as many GPs working here as we would prefer.

NHS North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is looking at ways to make it easier and more flexible for people of all ages to get advice or treatment from a GP practice even with the pressures described above.

You can fill in our confidential online survey which will take about 30 minutes to complete. You can find the survey by clicking HERE

If you would rather have a printed version to fill in please ring us on 0300 3000 563 or email nelccg.accord@nhs.net and we will post it out to you. You can return this to us by Freepost, no stamp needed.

If you would rather talk through your answers with someone over the phone, please ring the number above and we will make arrangements to do that with you.
