Public Health England (PHE) is inviting all women in England over the age of 16 to complete a short survey about reproductive health.

Reproductive health includes things like pregnancy (childbirth, abortion and problems getting pregnant), contraception, screening (like cervical smears), physical symptoms (like heavy periods), the menopause and sexual enjoyment.

The survey will take about 10 minutes to finish and the information you provide is completely anonymous and confidential. PHE will use this information to develop a plan to improve reproductive healthcare so this is your opportunity to tell us what works well for you and what could be better.
