The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care. Their job is to make sure health and social care services provide care that's safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality. They want to hear from people who have used health and care services - as well as their families, carers and loved ones.
During the coronavirus emergency, it's more vital than ever to hear about people's experiences. You can do this by visiting the CQC website
