The North East Lincolnshire Carer's Forum have developed a survey to hear your views about Beach wheelchairs.

At this time of year, it’s a joy to visit the beach, and enjoy quality time with friends and family. Beach wheelchairs enable those who are wheelchair dependant to gain easier access to the beach.

Beach wheelchairs are adapted with large, specialist wheels and have some level of adaptability to the wheelchair to accommodate individuals of various shapes, sizes and disabilities. A small number are available for use on Cleethorpes beach.

The Carer's Forum are looking at the usage and awareness of this service, and asking the public for their opinion on the benefits of making our beach wheelchairs available, accessible and sustainable.
