Humber Acute Services Review - Stroke Services workshop

Have you or someone you care for had a stroke?

Do you have experience of stroke services or support someone who does?

Are you interested in helping us to shape the future of Stroke services in the Humber?

If yes, then please come along to one of our workshops to share your experiences and help us to make local services better for people like you.

The workshops are open to all and free to attend, however, we ask that you please register your attendance online or by calling us on 01482 344711.
