Humber, Coast and Vale Cancer Alliance would like to encourage as many people as possible to complete the new NHS Cancer Quality of Life survey (QoL) so that the information collected fully represents our cancer population.

In order to do that, we are looking for people to act as ‘local champions’ and help promote the survey locally. The role profile sets out the purpose of local champions, ways to promote the survey, and how we will support local champions to deliver local awareness-raising activity.
