Do you have an interest in Learning Disabilities?

Would you like to be part of a forum that represents groups and individuals with Learning Disabilities, and helps inform partnerships across the Learning Disability spectrum?

Representatives from the Rock Foundation, Care4All and the community are inviting people from the public, private, charitable and voluntary sector working with Learning Disabled people of all ages to form a new forum, meeting quarterly, with the above aim. The initial meeting will map out the group’s key objectives for the future and confirm the forum’s name. 

The Learning Disability Forum Event will take place on Monday 14th November, at 12 noon, at the Rock Foundation.

We especially would like to invite everyone who was on the Valuing People Partnership Board plus any new groups that have developed as a response to government action regarding Learning Disabilities. We also fully welcome any representatives who themselves have a learning disability.

The Rock foundation will be offering both hot and cold lunch options on the day, at the below costs:

• £2 for soup & roll with coffee /tea
• £3.50 for 3 hot courses with coffee /tea
