North East Lincolnshire Council has commissioned Unique Improvements to undertake the following two substantial needs assessments, and would value your help in completing the online surveys.

The first one is Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV & Children
 The aims are:

• To build on our current knowledge base;
• Map out current commissioned services;
• To gain an understanding of the sexual health needs of the local population and establish whether the current services meet those needs; if not how can these be met;
• How and where to target our commissioning activity around sexual health promotion and Sexually Transmitted Infections prevention;
• Inform commissioning and service design and models of provision; and
• Provide a model of effective and value for money interventions and services based on the needs of the population, available evidence base, national best practice and guidance.

The second one is Children and Young People Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing
The aims are:

• Understand what Children and young people require for mental health and emotional wellbeing support and where is most appropriate to access this support i.e. internet, service etc;
• How and where to target our future commissioning activity around Children and young people’s mental health services;
• Provide a model of effective and value for money interventions and services based on the needs of the local population, available evidence base, national best practice and guidance; and
• Build on our current knowledge base in order to inform future service need and provision.
