North East Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Group are reviewing Children and Young People’s Bowel and Bladder services in North East Lincolnshire and want to hear your views about the services.

We would like to hear from parents, children and young people who have accessed local services such as;  Health Visitor, School Nurse, Family Hub, Community Continence Nurse Specialist, GP or Hospital for support with Bladder and Bowel problems.  We are keen to find out about the quality of information, support, care, and treatment you or your child received.  We want to understand what worked well and what you feel could be improved.

The responses that we receive will help us to understand the needs of the people who use these services in North East Lincolnshire and will help us to design a service that meets those needs.

The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and responses are anonymous.
